Libby is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with nine years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life challenges. She works with individuals, couples, and families using a relational, psychodynamic approach.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Libby has extensive experience working with immigrant, asylee, and refugee communities. As a partner of an immigrant and parent of two adult children with special needs, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to understanding diverse family dynamics.
Libby is driven by curiosity about people—their cultures, stories, and the inner worlds that shape their experiences. She believes the therapeutic relationship itself is the catalyst for growth and lasting change.

Kou has dedicated their career to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys since 2018. With experience as an ARMHS worker, Behavior Technician, Pre-Licensed Clinician, and Lead Mental Health Counselor, he brings a comprehensive understanding of mental health support across various settings.
Kou holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and completed graduate studies in Psychology and Counseling at Saint Mary's University. Currently pursuing LPCC licensure, he utilizes evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and crisis intervention to help clients build skills and achieve their goals.
What drives Kou is the opportunity to build genuine rapport with clients, adapt support to their unique needs, and celebrate their growth every step of the way.
